Jiangxi Kaiyuan Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., established in 2012, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and manufacturing of specialized equipment for rare earth permanent magnets.As a technology-based SME focused on the research, development, design, and manufacturing of non-standard NdFeB equipment, the company is also recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology. With over 20 years of deep involvement in the rare earth permanent magnet industry, the company has earned the trust and support of a wide range of customers (including major listed companies and state-owned enterprises such as Jinli Permanent Magnet, Anhui Earth Bear, Ningbo Yunsheng, Chinalco, and Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics). In addition to having a significant market share domestically, their products are exported to the United States, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Russia, India, and North Korea.Since its establishment, Jiangxi Kaiyuan has organized and innovatively developed six major series of specialized equipment for the NdFeB industry: 1) Fully automatic magnetic field presses, enabling automatic feeding, forming, and blank placement; 2) Isostatic presses, breaking through the bottleneck of NdFeB sintering one-step automation; 3) Grain boundary diffusion furnaces; 4) Pre-sintering magnet flexible cutting machines; 5) Continuous sintering aging furnaces; and 6) Hydrogen Decrepitating furnaces of international standards. These products all have independent intellectual property rights, with a total of 38 patent applications, including 11 authorized invention patents, 8 utility model patents, and 1 design patent. Two invention patents have applied for PCT, and other patents are under review.
